Highlighting internal company activities.

On 28 August 2025, FTJ was pleased to welcomes a visit from participants of the International Environment, Social & Governance Conference 2025 (i-ESG 2025), organized by UiTM Pahang, Jengka Campus. A total of 45 participants took part in the visit, which was successfully conducted. Hopefully this visit provided valuable insights to all participants.

On August 21–22, 2025, FTJ participated in the Innovation and Lean Six Sigma Convention 2025 organized by the Group Transformation Division of FGV Holdings Berhad. The convention aimed to foster innovative thinking and a culture of excellence among employees in generating project ideas that can enhance company performance. Congratulations!

FTJ was honoured to welcomes the visit from TNBES and TNB SMB to our biomass power plant. The delegation was led by two members of the FTJ Board of Directors, Ir. Idris bin Mohd Noor and Mr. Muhammad Faisal bin Sidek. The visit was held on 14 August 2025 and was conducted smoothly and successfully.

A visit by the Managing Director of TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. (TNBES), Ir. Idris Mohd Noor, to the FTJ Biomass Power Plant on 18 April 2025. The visit concluded successfully and fostered constructive discussions.

The company took the opportunity to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri with all staffs. Although it was held in a modest manner , it was very meaningful and served as a medium for them to seek forgiveness from one another while strengthening bonds of friendship. The celebration took place on April 17, 2025.

FTJ was honored to receive a visit from the Pahang State Government EXCO, led by Dato' Mohd Nizar bin Dato' Sri Mohammad Najib on 24 February 2025. The visit went smoothly and opened many eyes to the great potential of FTJ in promoting environmental sustainability.

On 19 February 2025, FTJ held an Special Appreciation Event for company employees to honor their dedication and contributions to the company's success. Heartfelt thanks from the company to all of them!

Starting from January to February 2025, the company took the initiative to organize a Mini Sports Carnival for the staffs. A total of 5 types of sports were contested, serving as a platform to encourage employees to stay active and healthy despite busy with work routines. Congratulations to all the winners!

On 19 December 2024, the company's Emergency Response Team (ERT) training was conducted in collaboration with the Bomba Jengka to prepare them to protect lives, property, and the environment, as well as to ensure the company complies with safety requirements such as OSHA 1994 and the Factories and Machinery Act (FMA). Well done to everyone involved!

We welcomed a student visit from GMI Bangi on October 4, 2024. We warmly welcomes visits from educational institutions to exchange knowledge and contribute to a promising future. May the visit bring great benefits to them.

Bacaan Yassin & Doa Selamat session was held for the well-being of all. The program took place on June 27, 2024.

On May 16, 2024, the company welcomed students from UiTM Campus Jengka and Narathiwat University. May the visit offer them meaningful and beneficial input.

We were honored to welcome the Chairman of FGV, Tan Sri Rastam Mohd Isa during his visit on January 5, 2024. One of the key highlights of the visit was a briefing on the company’s strategic direction as a driving force in the renewable energy sector, particularly in EFB-based initiatives. Our sincere thanks to Tan Sri for taking the time to visit us.
